Permissions are the access your employee has in the system. So what they can and can't see.

So we have multiple permission fields in the system

Foreman is for those movers who will be handling the paperwork on the job site. This is not a paid-for user. So you can have as many foremen as you may need for no extra charge.

This is how their dashboard looks as they will only be able to pull jobs they have been assigned to.

If you have billing user management set up in your system you are able to update and manage your paid users in the system.

Sales Representative is a basic paid user access to the system. They will have access to book jobs, create estimates, manage storage, manage claims and customers' info.

The office supervisor is like your head sales representative. They can see who are the sales leaders for the month, they can see all tasks in the office, and can add new inventory, packing material, and additional charges.

Accountant Permissions will have access to close out jobs and sales reports.

Dashboard Manager permissions give the user access to all dashboard information and statistics
