To access the Moves tab of a client's profile in your system, you would start by looking up the client in the system and accessing their Account Data. (The route you take is up to you, as there are a couple ways of getting there, but we recommend using the Search Bar, as it's conveniently available on almost any page in the system. )
Once you get to the Account Data page of the desired client, you would now click on the Moves tab, highlighted below with a red box.
When you access the Moves Tab on the customer's profile, you'll be taken to a page similar to the one shown below.
Current Jobs (Red Underline) - This'll list all of the jobs that have yet to be closed out, regardless of the actual move date. Here you can resend an email that has details about their move, access the BOL, the Invoice, as well as edit or delete the estimate related to the move.
Completed Jobs (Blue Underline) - This'll list all of the jobs that have been marked as completed in the system. You can close out jobs in the system by going to Accounting -> Close Out Jobs. Here you can access the BOL, Estimate, or Invoice, as needed.
Cancelled Jobs (Purple Underline) - This lists all of the jobs that have been marked as cancelled. You'll notice similar options as mentioned in the Current Jobs section, although missing the option to access the Invoice.
Manual Jobs (Gold Underline) - This section will list all of the jobs that you've added using the "Add Manual Job" button on any of the dispatch pages.
Add Completed Job (Green Underline) - Here is where you can add jobs that you've completed for the client outside of the MoveitPro system. This can be particularly useful if you're a newer customer of ours and would like to track your older jobs, from before joining us here at MoveitPro, so you can have everything in your CRM.
