When a customer calls to cancel their move, you may do so from the Customer's Profile. 

Click "Estimates" to view the customer's jobs. 

Under "Estimates" you will see all the estimates completed for this customer. You will only have the option to cancel a Booked job. 

You can see if the job is booked under "Status".

To cancel the job, Click "Cancel Job" (RED). 

This action will open a popup. Enter a "Reason for Cancelation" (RED). Click "Cancel Job" (YELLOW) to complete the process. 

The job will now display as "Cancelled" under the "Status". This action also removes the job from the schedule. 

NOTE: Clicking the Trash Can will delete the job, estimate and all its data from the customer profile. THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE.
