Whether if you're brand new to the MoveitPro system, or may have been with us for a while, and have a backlog of older jobs that you've done -- you can add those older jobs into your MoveitPro system, so you can help keep track of them in one place.
To do so, you'll first need to create them as a New Prospect in the system, if they don't yet exist in it, or access their profile if they already do.
Once you've created the profile, or access their profile's Account Data, you'll see a page similar to the one below:
Clicking the Moves Tab (highlighted with a red box) will take us to where we can review the moves that have been assigned to this particular client -- seen below.
Here on the Moves tab, you'll see the various jobs and their current status, but for our purposes, we'll want to click on the Add Completed Job Button, again highlighted in red.
After clicking on "Add Completed Job" we'll be taken to a screen where you can put in the details about any previous move that you've done for this client. Detailed below:
Service Date (Red): The date that the move took place on
Price (Blue): The final price of the job
Type of Service (Purple): The type of job that was done (Residential, Commercial, etc.)
Status (Gold): The status of the job (Completed, Cancelled, Claim Filed, etc.)
Address Information (Green): The addresses involved in the move -- when you've entered the addresses, you'd click on "Calculate" to have the system to calculate the drive time & distance.
Document Section (Brown): Here you can upload any documents that were involved in this move, such as a PDF of the BOL that you originally used.
Save & Cancel (Dark Red): Once you've finished updating all the information for the move, clicking Save will log it in your system. If you'd like to leave the page without saving, you can use the Cancel button instead.
Once you've clicked "Save" at the bottom, you'll be taken back to the Moves Tab, where you'll see that move has been successfully added to your system. Example below:
As you can see, the system gives a notification banner at the top showing that the job was successfully added. Also, the job itself will appear under the Completed Jobs section. (Note that there's no link to an Estimate, BOL, or Invoice as they were not generated due to this being a job from outside the system.)
