What is an iframe

Iframe is just a computer term for a portal to another website. So putting our iframes on your site gives your customers a direct link to your MoveitPro System.

How do I get it on my site?

So for all of the forms there will be a section at the bottom that will have the code either you or if you have a web developer they can copy to add on to your web pages.

How to edit your forms

To edit your forms you will need to go to the Manage Tab and you will see a section of iframe setting. In there you will find multiple pages you can edit the different forms and sections. Once you have finished then you will be able to save and it will automatically update the form on your website.

Verbiage

The verbiage section of the iframe settings will be where you can edit the different entry field names or verbiage for claim forms as well.

Claim Form

The claim form is to be used if you want a section where customers can file or send in a claim request for if there were any damages or anything like that. Any requests will come in as a claim in the system on their account.

You can check out our article about the tab claims if you would like to learn more about claims in MoveitPro

Short Form

The short form will be a quick info form leads can fill out just to give you some quick contact info.

There will be a section labeled fields you can edit the different entry fields you will want on your form the only mandatory fields are First Name, Last Name, Origin/Destination Address and Email

Contact Info

This is where you can edit the contact info such as if you want your email/phone number to appear you will also have an option to link a landing page that will redirect the customer to another page if you would need that.

Long Form

The Long form is where you can have form that will allow leads to submit a request with an inventory list and also packing materials if needed.
