You can access each customer's claims within their Account under the Claims Tab.

Once in this tab you will see the screen below:

PINK: You will click the Create Claim button to create a new claim.

RED: You will click the View button to View the details of the Claim.

ORANGE: Clicking here will bring you to the Invoice.

YELLOW: Clicking here will bring you to the estimate.

GREEN: This will show you the Date of the Move.

BLUE: This will show you the Requested Date.


PURPLE: This will show you the Status of the Claim.

If you click the "View" it will bring you into a new screen:

This will allow you to make changes to the claim.

Don't forget to hit Save! :)
