Updates:

  1. Call Center is now offering Virtual Home Surveys: We are excited to announce that our Call Center is now offering virtual home surveys to our customers at no additional charge!

  2. Printable Storage Portal: We have added the ability for our clients to print out the Storage Portal Page for any customer with storage in their system.

  3. Option to mandate the entry of a customer’s phone number: We have added an optional feature to the confirmation window, when enabled the customer's phone number will be required before a job is able to save to the calendar.

  4. New field allowing a customer’s phone extension has been implemented: We have added a field to store the phone extension of a current client, or New Prospect to their contact information.

  5. Adding custom payment methods: We have added a new update to where users can add payment fields that are not defaulted in our system such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, etc...


  6. DO NOT BOOK Button: We have also updated it so the do not book button's permissions can be changed to any group permission let us know in chat if you want to update your group permissions to have it updated


  7. Requiring a Email or Phone for booking: We have released a new feature that would require sales reps to have either or both a phone number or email to book a job

  8. Making a call and recording it from Move it Pro: You can now call customers and RECORD those calls from MiP

Bug Fixes:

  1. List of assignable movers not displayed in alphabetical order. This has been fixed.

  2. Labor payroll unable to export to PDF. This has been fixed.

  3. Travel time for assigned crew members not auto populating for some clients. This has been fixed.

  4. Payroll hours are now displayed in hour format. To enhance user experience we have adjusted payroll labor to be displayed in an hourly format rather than a decimal based rate.
