You will find the 'Billing/ User Management' option under your username at the top right in your MoveitPro navigation.

Within the 'Billing/ User Management' window, you see the following...

  1. Your Subscription

  2. Account Information

  3. Billing Address

  4. Payment Methods

  5. Billing History

1 - Adjusting your monthly subscription.

2 - Account Information

This area will allow you to view your admin's name, email address, phone number, company name, and sales rep, according to the information that was provided at the time of your MoveitPro agreement being signed. If any of this info needs to be updated, please contact MoveitPro.

3 - Billing Address

This area will allow you to view and adjust your billing address on file.

4 - Payment Methods

This area will allow you to add new credit cards, manage previously added credit cards on file, and remove old credit cards. You can also select a primary and secondary card to be used for your monthly billing with MoveitPro.

5 - Billing History

This area will allow you to download all past MoveitPro invoices for your company and will label invoices that have yet to be paid.
