Updates / New Features

  1. We updated several colors on the Dashboard to better reflect our branding and to make it a better user friendly to our customers.

  2. At the top of the Dashboard we have added 4 large boxes in blue which display "Leads Today", "Booked Today", "Moves Today", and "Moves this Month". This automatically updates with a number for each as well as linking to the relevant data.

  3. For Digital Invoicing we added a option for the customers within the Portal after the job to click and print their Bill of Lading which will open in a pdf for them to print while displaying their e-signatures, and all relevant info that is on the Bill of Lading.

  4. We created a new Email Trigger to send emails based on "Days Prior to Scheduled Move". If you would like this setup please contact us.

  5. We created a new Email Trigger to send emails based on "Mover Assignment Notification". If you would like this setup please contact us.

  6. We created a new Email Trigger to send emails based on "Portal Request Move Date" and this will allow the system to send an email to both the customer and the company when a customer clicks to request a move date in the customer portal. If you would like this setup please contact us.

  7. We added a new notes area where you may have a generic disclaimer or notes to show that the top of the estimate both in the portal and also in the pdf when exported.

  8. On the Digital Bill of Lading we added two new rows in the pricing section. One for "Payments" which will reflect any payments already made and then under that one for "Balance Due" which will be the amount still due.

Bug Fixes

  1. In some instances in the customer portal some additional charges would show up multiple times. This is fixed.

  2. In some instances the report "Booked by Sales Rep" was not coming out with the proper amounts. This is fixed.

  3. Time stamps for Digital Bill of Ladings was not looking at the companies timezone and instead marking them all as EST time. This is fixed.

  4. In some instances especially on iPad Pro's the formatting for several pages was not reflecting correctly. This is fixed.
