Updates:

  1. More Accepted File Types - We have made it to where more file types are accepted when uploading photo anywhere within the system. These should now also accepted uppercase versions of file types (ex. JPG and jpg).

  2. Google Calendar - The Google Calendar now shows any extra stops that are added to an estimate. These can be added before or after scheduling an estimate and will show on the google calendar for that specific job.

  3. Longer Time Frames for Reports - We have extended the date range for the reports Booked by Move Date, Booked by Customer, Booked by Referral Source, and Booked by Type of Service from 2 months up to a maximum of 1 year.
The full list of updated reports is Estimates by Customer, Estimates by Referral Source, Sales by Customer, Payments Received, Sales by Sales Rep, Sales by Referral Source, Sales by Line Item, Sales by Type of Service, Sales by Booking Date, and Booked by Sales Rep.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Invoice Notes not showing on the customer portal - This has now been fixed and any notes that are filled out on the BOL will now populate on the customer's invoice shown inside the customer portal.

  2. Google calendar showing wrong date for rescheduled jobs - This has now been fixed, when rescheduling a job within the system from the dispatch page or estimate steps 1 or 6, it will now update the job listing on your google calendar to show for the newly scheduled date.

  3. Hourly estimates created on the app appear as guaranteed - We have now fixed this so that when an hourly estimate is created from a survey via the app, it will appear as an hourly estimate and no longer will show as a guaranteed quote.

  4. Webforms becoming unreadable based on the selected colors - This has now been fixed and will show the correct color text based on the color selected on your webforms (white text for darker colors and dark text for lighter colors).
