The Mobile inventory is a new feature developed by MoveitPro that will allow companies to send a mobile inventory link to customers. This new link will allow them to fill out the inventory in a easy to use and mobile friendly interface.

The Mobile inventory can be seen at any time by the customer by clicking the manage inventory button in an open estimate (75% or less). Once they click the manage inventory button, it will populate a button at the top right saying "Click here to go to the mobile friendly version".

Once they have clicked that button they will be taken to the mobile inventory portal, inside the portal they will be able to add the rooms, and inventory items. The first page will be the intro page where you can display any image and verbiage you'd like.

Once they hit next they will be prompted to enter in how many bedrooms they are looking to move. Once selected it will automatically populate that in the rooms so you may add items to.

Once the customer gets past this step this will see all room currently added to the inventory and will be able to add in new rooms by clicking "Add Room +"

Upon clicking the add room button it will display all available rooms to be added and will display a custom room option in case the customer wants to enter a room not on the list.

Once the room has been selected it will display the inventory items that can be added, you can click the + on the right side to add items and you can click the - on the left to remove them. You are able to add in custom items with the custom item button if you want to add something not in the inventory. You can also search for items in the search bar incase you are not finding the item you are looking for. Once finished click the done button.

Once you're finished it will take you to an overview of the room where you can finish by clicking the done in the top right, or you can add additional items by clicking the add item button.

Once finished with the room it will take you back to the main page with all of the rooms added, you can either continue adding rooms and inventory or you can click the review and submit button to finalize the inventory.

In the review and submit screen it will show you all of the rooms and items added which will let you quickly change any information as needed. To edit the room, click the pencil icon next to the one you want to edit. If everything has been added then you can click submit inventory to finish the inventory!

Once submitted it will show the thank you screen, if by chance the customer forgot any inventory then they can click the I forgot something button which will take them back to the rooms page to input the new rooms or inventory they forgot.

The Mobile inventory will import all inventory items and room over to the web version of MoveitPro, this ensures you have a seamless experience with your customers filling out their information and you receiving that data.
