How to mark an employee inactive

When an employee no longer needs access to the system, you are able to mark the user as inactive.

This will remove all ability to log into the system, but will keep their data in the system for reports


1. Click on Manage

Click on Manage

2. Click on Human Resources

Click on Human Resources

3. Type their name

Type their name

4. Click on their name

Click on their name

5. Click on Login & Permissions

Click on Login & Permissions

6. Click on the Inactive option

Click on  the Inactive option

7. Click on save
