This article will show you how you can add a message for customers to opt out of receiving automated texts from the system.
First you'll need to navigate to the SMS tab by going to Manage>Communications>Automated SMS
Once in this tab you'll be able to see all of the automated messages that are set up in the system.
To make changes to the message you'll want to click on the pencil icon for the message you'd like to edit
After clicking the pencil icon you'll be brought to the Editing SMS screen.
To edit the SMS and add this message you'll just type it out wherever you would like to place the opt out verbiage.
For Example, "Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Msg&Data rates may apply."
Once done, click the Update SMS automation button and you're all set!
