You are able to add Default Estimate Notes in your system by going to Manage > Estimate Settings > Main Estimate Settings.

You will then click on the "Hourly Service Quoted Defaults" where you will find the option to add these default notes to your estimates. You may add, edit, or delete these notes at any point and time.

You will also want to add Default Estimate Notes to the "Guaranteed Quote Service Quoted Defaults" Section.
