In order to access a customer's invoice / BOL, you will need to click the Invoice # for that customer on the foreman dashboard.
Once the document opens, you will see the image below.

NOTE: The digital invoice / BOL looks almost identical to the printable Invoice / BOL.

At the top of the invoice / BOL, there will be a "Go to Back Page" button (RED) which flips the digital document over to show the "Terms and Conditions" to the customer.

To the right you have the ability to change the valuation / coverage per article amount. (DARK BLUE)

Instead of the customer physically signing the document, they will E-sign using their finger.

The Foreman simply click the "Click to Sign" button to open a small window that will allow the document to be E-signed. (see image below)

Once the document is Signed, you will click the Grey "Accept" button in the bottom right of the E-sign Window.

Once the 1st set of signatures are complete, the bottom portion of the document will be able to be filled out.

  • (RED) - Time Arrived/Time Finished: The Foreman will need to fill in the time arrived and time finished and the job will then automatically calculate the price and its breakdown based on the time-frame entered.

  • (PINK) - Meal Time/Time Lost Due to Weather: The Foreman can enter in any time they do not want to charge the customer for.
(EXAMPLE: If they took a 15 minute break.)

  • (DARK PURPLE) - Moving Vans/Men/Price per Hour: Here you will see the breakdown of the amount of Trucks and Men assigned to the job along with the price charged per hour.
(NOTE: These fields can be modified.)

  • (DARK BLUE) - Notes Section: You can enter any notes from the job here. Once the document is submitted, those notes will filter over to your closed out jobs page just as the other information here.
(EXAMPLE: Notate any damages here, etc...)

  • (ORANGE) - Pricing Breakdown: You will see the breakdown of the pricing here. This breakdown will be automatically calculated based off of the information entered.
(NOTE: These fields can be modified.)

  • (GREEN) - Add Additional Charges: The small plus sign next to the "Grand Total" allows the Foreman to add additional services / charges / discounts to the customer's bill.

  • (LIME GREEN) - Final Signatures: The Foreman will click the "Click to Sign" button to open a small window that will allow the document to be E-signed.
    (see image below)

Once the document is Signed, you will click the Grey "Accept" button in the bottom right of the E-sign Window.

  • (PEACH) - Collect Payment/Submit: After all signatures are completed, your Foreman will then have the ability to "Collect Payment" (if this option has been turned on in your system, if it has not and you would like it turned on just let us know.)
Once Payment has been taken the Foreman will click "Submit". In doing so, the job will then be removed from the Foreman's dashboard as the completed job has now been submitted to the office to be Closed Out.
