Setting up my email template
So we will first need to set up our email template so we can send out emails.
Where
We can get there by going to the Manage Tab> Admin> Settings> Custom Email
Updating your template
Header
So we can update/create our template by first updating a header. We highly suggest your headers be in 750 px x 250 px. If you have purchased a header from MoveitPro you can come into chat if you need another copy to upload we will be happy to send you another copy.
Body Content
Here we can attach a pdf so if we need to send a document with every email we can upload that document here.
Footer
In the Footer this is where we have all our company info and any additional text you may want to add on to all emails.

Sending an Email
Now that our template is all set we can now send manual emails.
Starting a new email
So we can go to to the customer's account and then go to their emails tab. Then we can press Compose New Email.
Now we can begin writing an email for our customer
To and subject lines
We can select which emails we want to send it to and which estimate we want to reference incase we need to send them a link to their estimate or anything that involves it. We can also set the subject of the email.
Text Body
So in the Text Box we can edit the body of our email and you also have all of the tools you need to customize the body text.
Short Codes
Next we have short codes which you can use to attach the links for your customers. Once your email is all set you can now hit Send email.
