You can make a payment on a current claim- for example when a customer has to pay a deductible, you can charge them in-system without un-closing the job.
Getting to the Claims tab
To get to the Claims tab you will open up the customer's account data and you will go to the Claims Tab
Once in the Claims tab, you can click on the "$" icon next under action next to the claim you are wishing to make a payment for.
Once you have selected the "$" icon it will open up our payment window where you can select the different types of payments and add any amount desired.
