When a job says it's booked but doesn't show up on the schedule this is because it is not assigned to the truck yet. If you want to assign it to a truck you will click on the booked job in the account data and assign it to the truck

Once you click on the Booked Date it will take you to the dispatch page for that day where you can assign it to the truck

Once clicked on a truck it will take you to the confirmation page where you can make sure all the information you have listed is correct you can hit save and the job will now appear on the calendar.
