First, you'll need to navigate to the HR section of the software:
Manage > Human Resources
Then, you can either create a new employee or update an existing one.
Once you've entered a new employee or clicked on an existing one, you'll need to go to the "Login & Permissions" section:
Once here, you can assign & reset passwords and even change the permissions of an employee. Below the image, there is a key as to what each section does.
GREEN: This is where you can assign or update passwords. Type the password here and click Save at the bottom of the page!
ORANGE: You are able to turn on two-factor authentication. This is not required and is off by default. This is extra protection for employees who have access to sensitive
information.
BLUE: These settings are related to our Live chat feature. You can change who has access to inner-office chat, customer chat & who is an admin.
RED: This setting should only be checked for the owner. This permission allows you to access your billing management for your user counts and MoveitPro access.
PURPLE: This is how you assign a foreman with ProApp access. You will need to have an available ProApp user in order to assign someone with access. (This is an add-on)
BROWN: This is the foreman permission! It is what allows the foreman access to sign in and see the invoices for the day!
GREY: This is where you are able to assign office permissions. Remember, office user accounts are paid accounts. You must be paying for additional users in order to assign permissions to additional employees.
