To help keep an eye on the status on all of your company's scheduled tasks, you can use the Office Calendar to see each date that has a task scheduled.
To access the Office Calendar, you would mouse over the left-hand navigation bar -> Click on Schedules, and then select "Office", as highlighted below.
After selecting the Office Calendar, it'll pull up a screen similar to the one shown below:
Similar to our other large calendars, the days that have something scheduled will be filled with the relevant information, empty days indicate nothing is scheduled for that day, and the sticky-note-yellow coloured square is to show you the current date.
To see further details about what is scheduled for a specific date, you would click on the task type. In the below example we selected March 25th's Call Back.
As shown above, you'll see the task type, the initials of the assigned employee, the client, the current status, and when it was scheduled for on that day.
Clicking on the Task Type will allow you to update the task with any comments/notes, or even edit the task itself.
Clicking "Edit" will allow you update the details of the task, just like when you first schedule the task, allowing you to update the due date, status, etc. If would like a refresher on how to schedule Tasks, you're welcome to use the button below.
