To move a scheduled job to a different crew after you finish your quote and click on "Schedule Job" you will be brought to the screen below:

When you're on this screen you will see on the left of the job you scheduled there is a Rectangle "Move" button, just hold down your left mouse button and drag and drop the scheduled job to the crew you would like to assign that specific job to.
