In the bottom right hand corner of your screen you will notice a small blue Chat Icon. (As shown below)

If you select that Blue Chat Icon it will bring up a window to view all of your recent chats and the option to start a "New Conversation" as well.

The "New Conversation" Button highlighted in Orange will allow you to start a new chat with us if you need any help in the system.
