You can access your Inner-Office Chat on the top right hand side of your screen by clicking the green or grey person. If the little person is green that means you have online employees, if it is grey that means everyone is offline. (PURPLE)

To chat with any Online Employee you just click the user and it will open a chat window in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
