Setup Calendar Sync in Office365

First in order to have your company calendars sync with your Gmail account you need to add your Gmail account to your MoveitPro™ employee account.

OFFICE365 SERVERS ONLY PULL CALENDAR DATA EVERY 4 HOURS AND THIS IS NOTHING THAT WE CAN CHANGE IT IS A OFFICE365 PROBLEM. 

You will need to request from our support staff your ICAL Address to set this up. Once you have that link from our support you will login to your Office365 account in a web browser and then go to "Calendar" as seen below.


Then you will go to the drop-down for "Add Calendar" at the top of the screen and then click on "From Internet" as seen below.


You will then need to paste the link that our support sent you in the "Link to the Calendar" field and put the name of your company for "Calendar Name" field. After this hit save.

Now your calendar will show up in your Office365 Calendar, Outlook Calendar on your computer, and in the calendar section on your tablet or smartphone in the "Outlook" app.

NOTE, DO NOT DELETE OR MOVE JOBS FROM THIS CALENDAR. THIS IS FOR VIEWING ONLY. IF YOU DELETE OR MOVE A JOB FROM THIS CALENDAR IT WILL ONLY DELETE OR MOVE IT FROM YOUR OFFICE365 VERSION CALENDAR AND NOT THE ACTUAL CALENDAR WITHIN MOVEITPRO WITH THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER DATA.
