To view a list of employees go to Manage--->HR--->Employees.

This will then display a list of all "Active" employees by default.

You may easily see the inactive Employees by clicking on "Inactive". (Shown Below)

To edit or change any of the settings for these employees just click on their name.

DO NOT DELETE AN EMPLOYEE UNLESS THEY NEVER LOGGED INTO THE SYSTEM. IF THEY ARE NO LONGER EMPLOYED BY YOUR COMPANY, YOU WANT TO MARK THEM AS INACTIVE ONLY. (Please See HR-->Employees-->Logins and Permissions)
