Within the MiP app, you will be able to send a notification to your customer that you are on your way. This will trigger both an SMS and an Email. You send this inside the app itself.
First, you will need to click on the job inside your MoveitPro app (Shown above).
Clicking this button will automatically send the En Route SMS & Email to your customer.
If you want to ensure these will send, you can check the triggers are active in your system. If you are an office user with MoveitPro, you can check for the Automated Email trigger with the following path: Manage > Admin > Settings > Automated Emails
