To turn this feature on/off:

Go to Manage > Estimate Settings > BOL/Invoice

As highlighted above, you're able to toggle the option to accept tips at all, and allow the option for the client to put in a percentage based tip, if they'd prefer. Also, you can change the verbiage on how the system asks for the tip, if you'd prefer different wording. You simply need to change the wording in the text box next to "Tip for crew default text".

Once this option is active, on the digital BOL, when payment is being collected, by selecting Collect Payment at the bottom of the BOL, it'll first pop-up asking for a tip - as shown below.

If the client selects "No, Thank You" it'll proceed immediately to collecting payment for the job, based on what's recorded on the BOL. However, if they click "Yes Please" it will direct them to input the tip amount of their choosing. If you have the additional option of Percentage Tip turned on, it'll prompt them to choose how high of a percentage they'd like to tip. Even with Percentage Tip activated, it does give the option to input a flat dollar amount if the client prefers that option. Below will show both "Percentage Tip", and "Standard Tip" options.

Once the tip is added using either option, you'll be able to process the payment as normal - using any option that you have set up in your system. (If there're any payment options that you accept that you don't see as an option for payment, you're always welcome to reach to our Support Team and they'll be glad to assist you in making sure that payment option is available. Please note that only payments done through the Credit Card option will directly the charge the client, the other options listed would require you to confirm the payment was received.)
