Updates

  1. **New Review Link Option!** This will include a button within the email asking "How did we do?". This will then bring the customer to an interactive 1-5 star Rating as seen above but of course with your company logo. If 1-3 Stars are chosen a window asking "What could we do better?" will appear for the customer to leave their Feedback. If 4-5 Stars are chosen it will bring the customer to a new window with Review Websites of your choice for the customer to leave reviews on. Contact our support team if you would like this setup.

  2. We have added a new report now called Reviews by Customer so that you can see what reviews have been left that need attention.

  3. Payroll report can now be run up to 60 days vs the 30 days it was before.

  4. New option to "Unsubscribe" customers from receiving SMS messages. This can be found within the "Related People" tab when editing the customer information.

  5. New option on the dispatch page to print the Daily Schedule as a List.

  6. Leads ROI Report is now Printable.

  7. Will now show "Declined by Customer" on the top of Tab 6 (Quote) if the customer has declined the estimate.

  8. A "D" will also appear next to estimates that have been declined within the Customers Account.

Bug Fixes

  1. Emails not showing accurate Origin and Destination addresses if they are changed after estimate has been saved. This is Fixed.

  2. Unable to edit date and time of Tasks. This is Fixed.

  3. Signatures not showing accurate time zone on Digital BOL for certain timezones. This is Fixed.

  4. Emails Tab is not showing the amount of "Clicks" and "Opens" because of Mandril API issues. This has been Fixed.
