Sales Reports - Payments Received

How to access a report on the payments that your company has received from clients and their totals.

To access the Payments Received Report, you would begin by going to Reports > Sales > Payments Received.

Once you follow the path mentioned above, you'll see a screen similar to the one below:

RED - This is where you set the date range for the report. As with most of our reports, if you pull within 2 months, it'll display that information in the section below. If you pull greater than 2 months, than the system will automatically export the report to a CSV file.

ORANGE - Here you can choose which branches you'd like to include in the report.

YELLOW - If you've selected within the 2 month period (This is typically done by selecting the 1st day of the first month, and the last day of the second month) you can choose how many rows are displayed per page on the displayed report. Whether you change the amount of rows, or not, you would click on "View" to show the report within MoveitPro.

GREEN - These buttons will allow you to either Export to PDF or CSV file.

BLUE - This section is where you can easily swap between reports in the same category.

As mentioned above, when you pull the report and show it within MoveitPro, it'll look similar to the example below:

With the report pulled, you'll be able to see the different clients that've made payments, which payment method was used, the amount, the date, and ultimately the total of all the received payments for the period selected.
