**Any Tariffs input MUST be in a Weight and Miles format**

In order for your Tariff to generate automatically on an estimate it MUST meet the minimum Weight and Miles requirement.

To begin inputting your Tariff you will go to Manage > Tariffs

Once you select this it will bring you to a page that is blank with 3 Blue Icons on the top right hand side. You will want to select the "Mileage Tariff Group" Button to begin.

Next you will select the Blue "Add Mileage Tariff Group" Button. You can then choose what you would like to name this Tariff.

Once you click this a window will pop up allowing you to name your Tariff Group:

Per 100 lbs Tariff

A Tariff that is considered "Per 100 Lbs" is one that HAS break points.
(see example below)

What is a Break Point? The break point is the weight that's in between two weight ranges, to where they can charge the next weight bracket which is typically cheaper.
(ie: 1,000lbs-2,000lbs, the break point would roughly be 1,500 and if the weight falls on this break point it will charge the next weight bracket.)

Flat Rate Tariff

A Tariff that is considered "Flat Rate" is one that DOES NOT have break points.
(see example below)

Flat Price Tariff:

*As of right now, these are the ONLY types of Tariffs
our system can accept.*

Below is instructions on how to add "Miles Range" and
"Miles Weight" Ranges to your Tariffs.

To add Mile Ranges to your Tariff - You will click the button on the top right called "Miles Ranges".

Once you click this - You'll see a table where you can then input the numbers for your Tariff. You will begin by clicking the button in the top right  titled "Add Miles Range".
A window will appear allowing you to add these ranges then click "Create".

To add Weight Ranges to your Tariff - You will click the button on the top right called "Mileage Tariff Weight"

Once you click this - You'll see a table where you can then input the numbers for your Tariff. You will begin by clicking the button in the top right titled "Add Mileage Tariff Weight". A window will appear allowing you to add these ranges then click "Create".

If at any time the Weight ranges or Miles ranges need to be edited/deleted, you will simply go back into the Mileage Tariff Weight/Miles Range Section to adjust/delete your ranges under the "Actions" Column.

You do have the ability to add multiple Tariffs if needed by going back into "Mileage Tariff Group" and adding another "Mileage Tariff Group".

You can then use the drop down on the main "Mileage Tariff Management" Page to switch between the Tariffs to edit accordingly.

This drop down will also appear on both tabs for Miles Range and Mileage Tariff Weight to edit each one accordingly ad needed.
