Description of the expertise tab and what it can do

In the "Notes and Expertise Tab" you can rate each employee for where their strong suits are and level of experience to make it easier to assign appropriate workers to correlating jobs. You are also able to assign any internal notes to the employee to be viewed when scheduling the employee onto jobs.

To get to this tab you must go to "Manage > HR" and select the employee you wish to list the 'Note or Expertise' for. 

Once you've selected the employee you will be prompted with the "Identity" page for that employee. From the tabs toward the top of your screen, select "Notes and Expertise".

After you select "Notes and Expertise" a new page will prompt where you will be able to select the specific categories you wish to rate that employee for. Initially nothing will be listed under 'Expertise Rating' until you've selected single or multiple categories for them to be rated for.  (as shown below) 

After you've selected the categories you wish to apply to this employee, the category as well as "rating stars" will appearing allowing you to click and gauge how many stars you wish to give said employee for that category.

Clicking "save" will prompt the highlighted sections to appear, after the stars are selected they are kept in the system and do not need to be saved after they've been imputed.

Below the Expertise rating will be a comment box for any notes you would like to set. This will be shown on the dispatch page when scheduling the employee onto a truck. Once you fill out the notes, please ensure you click save.
