Contact Information Tab

The "Contact Information" tab allows you to input your employees personal contact information such as phone numbers and emails. 

To get to this, you must first go to "Manage > HR > Employees"

Once you get there, select the employee that you wish to enter contact information for. You will then be prompted with their "Identity" page. The tab next to 'Identity' should read as "Contact Information". This is the tab you will need to select to input the information on. 

If there is no contact info presently in the system for this employee you will only see a green box stating 'add contact info

From here it will drop several fields where you can put in the various ways to contact the specific employee.
Of course, if you're trying to delete past contact information you can do this from here as well by pressing the red 'X' next to any of the present information. ( as shown below )

Make sure to press "save" after inputting any information to ensure it is recorded into the system.
