Updates / New Features

  1. We added a detailed section to our report Booked by Sales Rep which will list the itemized customers and estimate amounts.

  2. We added a detailed section to our report Sales by Sales Rep which will list the itemized customers and estimate and sale amounts.

  3. We added a new column on the report Sales by Sales Rep for what the original estimate price was.

  4. For companies not using a merchant in MoveitPro we have added a payment method of "Manual Credit Card" payment. Which will allow you to put in the payment that you have already charged outside of MoveitPro.

  5. We added the ability to add positive and negative percentages to additional services. Some companies use this for credit card fees, etc.

  6. We created a new report called "Cancellations by Sales Rep" which will let you keep track of cancellations as well as what reps have the most bookings and cancellations.

  7. For companies that have multi branches setup we not have it where each branch is able to have its own fleet schedule page where when they select the branch they want it will automatically load the trucks, jobs, and employees associated to that branch.

  8. We added the ability to edit the verbiage of the iframe for your website page 3.

  9. We added the ability to the iframe that goes on your website when a customer fills it out and completes their inventory that they are able to get a preliminary price auto shown reflecting how many guys, trucks, etc. This is by default off for all companies. If you would like this on it is a setting within "Estimate Settings".

Bug Fixes

  1. On tablets we had a problem with the crew icon showing on the Fleet Schedule page. This is fixed.

  2. On tablets we had a problem on the Fleet Schedule page when clicking on the name of the job and it not opening up the job. This is fixed.

  3. For companies with multi branches the payment notification email was going out multiple times. This is fixed.
