After Hours Text Message - We've created a new text message that you can create in Manage > Communications > Automated SMS. This text will send out for customers who call in to the system after hours. To setup your after hours time, go to Manage > Communications > Inbound/Outbound Calling.

SMS for Additional Contacts - Now, if a customer has any additional contacts on their profile, you can send and receive text messages directly from the secondary contact. You can do this by going to the customer's profile, click into the SMS Messaging tab, then select which contact you'd like to message.

Importing Jobs as Manual Completed Jobs - We can now import manual jobs into the software so that you can have sales reports from jobs from previous softwares for newer sign ups. The information that can be imported is Customer Name, Email, Phone, Origin Address, Destination Address, Move Date, and Total Price.

Unsaved Changes Notification - When making changes to the back end of the system, if you try to leave the page without saving the changes there will now be a pop-up letting you know so that you can automatically save any changes accordingly.

Scheduled Modes on Monthly Calendar - When viewing any of the monthly calendars (Booked Jobs, Pending Jobs, Office, or Time Off Requests), you can now select which calendar you'd like to view directly at the top instead of manually selecting it from the Schedules tab on the left.

Custom Templates on Manual Emails - You can now create templates for manual emails. To create a new template, go to Manage > Communications > Custom Mail > Templates. Then when sending a manual email, just select Templates and choose the template you'd like to send.

Fixed an issue where LiveSwitch notifications were showing even if you do not have them connected.

Fixed an issue where notification sounds would play across multiple tabs.

Fixed an issue where users would be redirected to the landing page without fully submitting the webform.

Fixed an issue when trying to calculate an Interstate Move, these should now calculate the address properly.
