Updates:
Clock In / Clock Out Feature - Now in the Pro App we have a Clock In & Clock Out feature to keep track of clocked hours. This allows crew members to log the time for when they first arrive and when they leave so that their hours can be tracked for the entire day. You can view their clocked hours directly in the Reports > Payroll > Labor Payroll report.
Number of Close Out Jobs - We've added the number of unclosed jobs in the Close Out Jobs tab in Accounting > Close Out Jobs. It should now be easy to see the exact number of open invoices in your system.
Virtual Survey Button - Now on Step 1 of the estimate, you have the option to choose between a regular or virtual survey. This button works the same way as the survey button but labels it as virtual to alleviate any confusion in the future.
Request Time Off in Mobile App - In the Calendar in the mobile app, crew members can now request time off without having to log in via the web browser.
Web Version to the App - We've added the browser version of the software into the mobile app for office users. This works exactly the same as the web browser but will automatically log you in when you click it!
Non-Urgent Notifications - We added titles of each notification to the Non-Urgent notifications tab, this should now look similar to the Urgent notifications tab.
Scroll Through Pictures - You can now scroll through all of the photos on Step 2 of the estimate instead of having to view each picture one by one.
Deposit Before Booking - You now have the option to take a deposit before scheduling the job. This can be done on Step 6 and the estimate would need to be saved.
Survey Updates - Now when you save a survey in the mobile app, it will also save the estimate on the web side of the software (without sending any emails or texts to the customer). This will ensure that the pricing between the survey and estimate stays the same without any issues.
Truck & Equipment Fee - This fee can now be defaulted on estimates instead of having to manual check it on!
Default Unpacking to 0 - We've added the ability for you to automatically set the unpacking amount to 0 and you can change that on the estimate if you'll be packing and unpacking.
Bug Fixes:
We fixed an issue where it would show a 500 error when trying to access the Short Code Verbiages page in Manage > Communications.
There was an issue with Delayed SMS still sending after a customer opts out of communication. This is now fixed.
Fixed an issue where it would show a Paypal error when trying to take card payments.
Fixed an issue where the LiveSwitch recording link would not send properly.
