Connecting to Zapier
Before connecting this you'll need to create an account on Zapier, you can use this link to sign up!
Next you'll need to connect your MoveitPro account with Zapier. You can do this by going to Manage > HR, then click on your account, go to Login & Permissions, then you can copy your API Key located at the bottom
From there we can go and create a new Zap in Zapier. Make sure to select MoveitPro (Beta) from the listings.
After selecting the MoveitPro (Beta) app, you'll want to click on the Account button on the right and select Connect a new account
This will take you to a new screen where you will need to enter your Username, Password, and API Key. Then you can click the Yes, Continue to MoveitPro button.
Now your MoveitPro account should be connected to Zapier and you can select your account for any Zaps you set up moving forward.
Setting Up a Zap
Now that your account is connected you'll need to select if you are sending or receiving information to/from MoveitPro
If you are sending information from MoveitPro to a 3rd party then MoveitPro would be the starting action.
If you are receiving information from a 3rd party to show in your system then MoveitPro would need to be the secondary action.
Below are the types of Zaps you can send out
Starting Action:
New Client (triggers when a new client is created)
New Lead (triggers when a new lead is created)
Secondary Action:
Create Client (creates a client in the system)
Create Lead (creates a lead in the system)
Starting Action
In the example below, MoveitPro is the starting action while Google Sheets is the secondary action.
(BLUE) - MoveitPro is the starting action and it triggers when a New Lead is created in your software.
(RED) - Google Sheets is the secondary action and will receive the information that is sent from the starting action.
(GREEN) - This is the information that will be sent over to Google Sheets, in this specific setup there are Columns labeled First Name, Last Name, Email, etc. in the Google Sheet. Then the information from MoveitPro is matched up to the specific column in the Google Sheet.
Secondary Action
In the example below, MoveitPro is the secondary action while Google Sheets is the starting action.
(BLUE) - Google Sheets is the starting action and it triggers when a New Row is created in the spreadsheet.
(RED) - MoveitPro is the secondary action and will receive the lead information that is sent from the starting action.
(GREEN) - This is the information that will be sent over to MoveitPro, in this specific setup there are rows labeled First Name, Last Name, Email, etc. Then the information from the Google Sheet is matched up to the specific field in MoveitPro.
