New Updates for August 2025!

Updates:

  1. New Email - Now we've added an email called 'Send Email Before Job Booked'. This email will allow you to send emails after a certain amount of time starting from when the estimate was created. It will continue to send the emails at their delay hours until the job is booked. Basically, this will allow you to send multiple reminder emails to the customer about their job until it is booked.

  2. Inactive Logout Timer - We changed the automated logout timer to now be based on your activity. After 4 hours of being inactive in the software you will receive a pop-up letting you know that you will be logged out in 15 minutes. You can then decide to stay online or the system will automatically log you out.

  3. Line on the Dispatch Page - We've added a line on the dispatch page that shows the exact time and should show you all of your currently ongoing jobs at a quick glance!

  4. Archived Addendums - Addendums that were archived can now be brought back at the click of a button.

  5. Scroll Bar on Customer Portal - We've added a scroll bar to the customer portal for any customers that didn't have a mouse and didn't know how to scroll down without one.

  6. Round up by 15minutes on the BOL - Now on the BOL the round time up feature from the estimate will automatically round the moving hours up to the nearest 15 minute mark.

Bug Fixes:

  1. We had an issue with the Scheduled Move-Days Prior SMS where it would send with the incorrect arrival time. This has now been fixed so it should send with the proper arrival time.

  2. When billing the job it wouldn't show the proper information from the invoice. This should be working properly!

  3. We fixed an issue with the Inbound/Outbound calling feature where you couldn't make more calls until the last one was saved. Now you should be able to see a pop up and save it accordingly.

  4. The meet your crew email was not showing the pictures of the crew members correctly. This is now fixed.

  5. In some cases when printing the invoice from the customer portal it would show a 500 error. This should be working correctly!
