Marketing Dashboard - This is a new Dashboard within your system that will allow you to see marketing statistics. This will show you a few different things such as total calls made, texts sent/received (per branch), who unsubscribed from SMS/Email, etc. Click on the link below for an article covering every feature of this dashboard!

New Live Tracking for Customer Portal (COMING MONDAY) - We've changed the live tracking on the portal to now track the time until you arrive. This will show the customer how long until you arrive at their origin address. This feature uses google maps and will calculate the time from the Mover's Location to the Origin Address. Additionally, we've added a text message that can be sent prior to the mover's arrival. You can customize how many minutes prior the SMS message will send.

Comment Box on Short Form - We are adding an additional comment box on the webform for customers to fill out. This will show up on the estimate under the notes section.

Weekly View for Booked Jobs Calendar - We've added a weekly view to your booked jobs calendar. Currently this is a monthly view by default but you can now view this on a per week basis.

Button to Waive the CC Fee - You can now waive the CC Processing Fee for specific customers if you'd like. This can be done when taking a deposit or BOL payment and can only be done by users with higher permissions in the software.

Additional Info for Payments on BOL - Now when you look at the payment note on the BOL it will show the Date and Time the payment was made and the Representative who took the payment.

We fixed an issue where new leads without a destination address had a Colorado address by default. This will now be blank if they do not have a destination address.

Some users were encountering a 500 error when trying to print their BOL. This should now be working accordingly.

Occasionally when adding the start/stop time in the app it would show the total hours as 00:00. This is now fixed.

When adding a custom tip amount to an employee on the invoice page this would not show the tip properly. This should be working properly now.

When editing the crew size on an estimate while using the Base Price feature, this would sometimes not show the proper Base Price. This should now be updated properly.
