Beyond the webforms that you can place on your website to auto-integrate leads that visit your site, we have a few other options to help express your company's personality to your customers and prospects.
Accessing all the features that we'll be reviewing in this article is done by going to Manage -> Company Branding.
If you'd like to view how to customize your webforms, you can use the button below.
Customer Inventory Request
Here is where you can customize how it looks when the client is filling out the inventory for a move using the Mobile Friendly Version. This is accessible when the client pulls up the Customer Portal, clicks on "Manage Inventory" and selects the "Click Here to Access the Mobile Friendly Version" button. (Note: This can only be done on an open estimate -- saved estimates won't allow the client to update anything.)
To access the back-end where you can make changes to this area of the software, you'd do the following: Click on Manage -> Company Branding -> Customer Inventory Request. That will take you to a page similar to the one shown below.
Here you can change the picture, what the pages says, as well as the colours for the background. Once you're done updating these options, and you've clicked "Save Changes" at the bottom right, you can always use a test estimate to see how it looks. When on the customer portal, you'd follow the steps shown below:

From here, you can go through the steps to make sure that this section matches what you're looking for, when your own customers/prospects are filling it out themselves.
Login Wallpaper
This one is less customer-facing and more for you and your company's personal aesthetics. When logging into MoveitPro, on the web browser, you can change the background to something you prefer. Just like with the previous section, you'd access this setting by going to Manage -> Company Branding -> but instead click on Login Wallpaper. When you do so, you'll a page similar to the one below:
If you see a blank page with no photo, that means you're using the default background. To update the image, you just need to click on "Choose File", select the image that you'd like off your device, and click "Update Image". Example shown below.

If you don't like how the new login looks, you can always delete the current picture and go back to the default by clicking the Red X next to the image you're currently using. You can also upload a new image by using the Choose File button.
Customer Portal Buttons
This is a newer feature that we've recently implemented. This gives you the ability to adjust the colours of the buttons on the Customer Portal. This, combined with custom colours for the Customer Portal, and your logo, can really express your company's branding. Even if you just want to make the buttons pop out more, you can do so here. This section is accessed by going to Manage -> Company Branding -> Customer Portal Buttons.
You'll see a page similar to the one below:
As with the majority of our settings, you can switch which branch that you're updating by clicking the dropdown at the top right -- if you'd like to update each branch's colours.
To update the colours being used, you can either use the Color Palette option, or put in a custom color code in the box under the Custom Color column. Using either option, it will give you a preview of how the button will look at the far right. Once you're done updating to your desired colour scheme, clicking "Save Changes" at the bottom right of the page will update the system. Much like with the Customer Inventory Request, you can use test estimates to double check to see the results, as the customer would see it, and make any adjustments as needed.
