Updates:

  1. Digital BOL Signatures - Now on the BOL you can select any of our built-in signatures to send out to a customer for them to sign this digitally. This allows you to get signatures even when the customer is not there in person!

  2. Multi-Day for Time Block - When you create a time block you can now select what day you would like this to end. This allows you to to block off multiple days in a row for longer jobs such as Interstate Moves.

  3. Auto Add Rooms with Move Size - On step 2 of the estimate, when selecting the Move Size it will automatically add in rooms to your inventory to match the move size you selected. This feature can be turned on or off in Manage > Estimate Settings > Main Estimate Settings > Labor Price Estimate > "Add room with move size".

  4. Custom Colors for Customer Portal Buttons - Now by going to Manage > Company Branding > Customer Portal Buttons, you can change the colors of the buttons on the portal to make it easier for clients to see which ones they need to click.

  5. Color Indicator for Estimated Move Date - When scheduling a job the estimated move date will now be highlighted in a blue color so you can easily see what day the job needs to be booked on.

  6. Hyperlink the Short Codes on Emails - Before this, the short codes on your emails would be static verbiage. You can now change this to say what you would like this to say instead.

Bug Fixes:

  1. For some companies the Live chat feature was being shown on the customer portal even though it was turned off. This should no longer be showing up.

  2. Some companies were receiving a 500 Error when trying to add new employees to the software. This has been fixed and is working properly now.

  3. There was another issue with Live Chat where it would show the wrong time of the chat coming in. The proper time should now be showing accordingly.

  4. We had an error with the Travel Time and Truck & Equipment fee showing the incorrect price on the app. This is now working. Please update your app if you're still encountering this issue.

  5. For some company's websites, Step 4 of the Long Form was not showing up properly. This is now fixed.

  6. On the mobile app it would not allow you to enter in more than a quantity of 100 for packing materials. This has been fixed.
