To start, we'll need to get to the Dispatch Page for the job that you'd like to adjust. If you're looking to move something that's for the current date, then the easiest way to navigate there, is to use the "Truck" Icon at the Top Left of your MoveitPro system.

If you instead need to update the job on a future date, you would click on the Booked Jobs Calendar the "Calendar" Icon where you can then click on the desired date to reach that day's dispatch page.

Either way, once you've gotten to the date you would like to adjust you'll see the dispatch page, where you'll be able to see the list jobs and your trucks towards the bottom of the page - similar to what is displayed below.

Here, we see Mr. Greg Info scheduled to Truck O' Truck for between 9am - 10am. To change the timeframe that he's scheduled for, or move him around to a different truck, we'll just need to Left-Click and Hold on the time bar that shows the estimated time that his job is scheduled for.

  • When we drag left-to-right, it'll change the timeframe for the job. (Note: This is WILL NOT send an update to client automatically.)

  • If we drag up-and-down it'll swap which truck the job is assigned to.

Time Adjustment

If we need to move the time for the job either earlier, or later in the day, then we would just need move the job horizontally along the same truck's row. Demonstrated below:

As shown above, when we move the job to 3pm, it'll change position on the schedule, and now you can add more moves earlier in the day, if so desired.

Swapping Trucks

If you'd like to change which truck(s) is(are) taking care of the job, then you would do the same as above, but vertically. Again, demonstrated below.

Dragging down to the job to Small Truck and letting go will have the system reassign the truck to it. Helpfully, each truck that has a job assigned to it will be put towards the top of the list of your schedulable trucks.

Important Notes

When changing either the assigned truck, or the scheduled time for the job, it will ask you to confirm the change. If you would like to cancel the change for any reason, you can select "Cancel" on the resulting pop-up.

  • When you confirm the change on the pop-up by clicking "Ok", a second pop-up will appear to let you know that the system was successfully able to update with the change(s).

  • You can also change the arrival time on the job using the confirmation window by clicking the "Circle" Icon on the estimated time bar.

When you click on that circle, it'll pull up the confirmation window allowing you to adjust the arrival window on for the job, shifting its position on the schedule.
