Dispatch page overview

Below is the newest Dispatch/Fleet scheduling Page. When scheduling a job, in order to place that job to a specific Truck you will select the Truck you would like to, schedule on that job, and select the Truck Name. (RED).

The Black box below shows a feature we have called "Job Stacking". What this feature does is show the number of men needed as shown in the "Neon Green box above" Is based on the job that requires the most men.

In this case, the biggest job needs three men so all the jobs on that truck will be based around 3 men.

On this same page is also where you can create "Manual Jobs". As shown below in the dark Purple box.

Manual Jobs can only be created from the daily dispatch page. They do not create an estimate or bol. They just document a move in the system. Manual jobs are what need to be used for active military moves as well. The images below show what the form looks like.

Once this is filled out it will look like this on the dispatch page.


Booking with Crew Scheduling

You will then see the window above where you can update information and take deposits.

  • Confirm Step 1 - Update Starting Location (red): Here you can fill in the street address and Home/APT Number.
    (If the full address is changed this will change the price on the original estimate).

  • Add Extra Stops (blue): Here you can add any extra stops that may have been forgotten on the original estimate.
    ***If additional stops are added at this time it will change the price on the original estimate.***

  • Update Destination Location (orange): Here you can fill in the street address and Home/APT Number.
    (If the full address is changed this will change the price on the original estimate).

  • Update Contact Information (green): You can add/edit any contact information you had originally entered on the estimate.

  • Confirm Arrival Time (pink): Here you can confirm the Arrival Time of the movers with the customer and check the "Confirmed" Check Box.
    (If you do not know at the time of booking do not check "Confirmed").

  • Confirm Step 2 - Payment and Authorization (purple): You have the option to add a card and take a Deposit from the customer at this point.
    You will also have the option to enter an amount for Authorization.
    (If no deposit/Authorization is being taken, select Cash as the Payment Type and un-check "Require Credit Card Authorization").

  • Color(Teal box): You have the option to choose which color you would like the job to appear on your scheduling page.

  • Save/Reschedule/Cancel (lime green): Once you've entered all information you will select the "Save" button.

  • (GREEN) - Clicking Here will allow you to assign your Men. (see image below).

  • (RED) - Clicking here will let you Select the Truck to Assign a Job to.

  • (YELLOW) - Clicking here will allow you to re-open the "Confirm Job" Page to update any information or take a deposit after the job is already scheduled.

  • (PURPLE) - Clicking the Blue Rectangles with the Customers Job Info will open the original estimate in a new Tab in your Browser.

  • (BLUE) - This is a small view of the Calendar for the Month for reference. You can select different move dates here.

  • (ORANGE) - Clicking the "Add a Day Note" Button will allow you to add a Note for this Day if there are any Special Instructions for the Day.

  • (PINK) - Clicking here will allow you to download a PDF of the Invoice, Work Order, Directions, etc., and print them out.


  • Assigned (BLUE) - Crew Members that are already assigned to the job. 

  • Unassigned (YELLOW) - Unassigned crew members for the selected day. 

  • Remove (ORANGE) - To remove a crew member from a job, you will select a crew member under assigned(the Blue Box) and click remove after selected. 

  • Add (RED) - To add crew members to a job, you will select a crew member from unassigned and click the add button. 

  • Show All (PINK) - Under the unassigned section if someone is already assigned to a truck, they will not show up here. You will have to click the show all(Pink Box) to show all of your crew members in the event that you need to double book, someone. 


COVER SHEET


While printing your jobs can also Print a cover sheet by selecting the cover sheet box as shown below.

The cover sheet settings are in your corporate identity. As shown by the next two screenshots The coversheet is selected on the corporate identity and matches with the ops/payment contact.

This Is a blank cover sheet that you will be able to fill out for the correct materials and notes need for the jobs.
